3. Amendments & Cancellations
Two rounds of revisions are included per service.
Major changes (e.g. new destination, date, or occasion) may incur additional fees and affect timelines.
Completed services are non-refundable.
Refunds for extras depend on the third-party provider’s policies.
Regulated bookings made via Journeys by JJ follow their own terms. We will support you, but Nomoa is not responsible for the outcome.
At our discretion, we may offer a rebooking or partial credit in exceptional circumstances.

You remain the direct customer of these providers.
We are not liable for their availability, quality, or performance.
A separate coordination fee may apply for time spent managing external arrangements.
5. Proposal Content & Intellectual Property
All proposals, itineraries, and creative plans provided by Nomoa remain our intellectual property until paid in full. Unauthorised use (e.g. self-booking from an unpaid plan) may result in an invoice for the standard planning fee.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate personal, medical, and scheduling information
Managing any required passports, visas, insurance, or health documentation
Following up directly with third-party suppliers where appropriate
We provide reminders and guidance, but final responsibility lies with the client.
